·               Perform bid walk with GC’s, AT&T construction, Telco/power representative and if required SA representative and landlord.

·               Review bids and create bid tab. Review Bid award to winninng bidder.

·               Review CNTP from compliance and advise AT&T construction if any phase 2 work required..

·               Review RFDS and request and changes to RFDS from the RF engineer. 

·               Advice GC to pull Building permit and approved plans.  Send scanned copy of each to SA.  Upload into SH.

·               Participate in SA meetings

·               Confirm telco and AC  power designs.

·               Request BP and zoning conditions from SA and forward to GC.  Review for any compliance or construction concerns.

·               Obtain construction schedule from GC and forward to SA.

.

·               Perform pre-con with GC, AT&T construction and landlord.  Take pre-construction photos during pre-con and upload into SH.

·               Call out material on BOM plus base plates if required.

·               If new pole required, follow up on delivery of template and bolts from pole vendor.

·               Confirm pole delivery date with pole vendor.

·               Make sure GC has setup pre-con with Telco and power providers.

·               Support GC to get site RTI ready first.  Take photos to confirm RTI ready before claiming milestone. 

·               Support GC to get site green tag ready.  Take photo of green tag for confirmation.

·               Resolve any issues with CD’s for GC.

·               Make sure safety form is filled out and signed by GC on every site visit.

·               Perform at minimum a weekly site visit to check on site progress, workmanship and safety of GC.  Get GC to sign safety form.  Take progress photos on each visit and upload into SH.

·               If PG&E co-lo, make sure AT&T construction is present at time of antenna work to accept the antenna work.

·               Perform site visit to take NTP0 photos.  Then send NTP0 to all parties.  Upload photos and NTP0 into SH.
